If you own a classic or contemporary Mercedes then this is the place to go! Harindra knows and understands all the common faults with Mercedes vehicles (as well as most other Japanese, American and European vehicles).
The team know what they are doing and they do it well.
You get a job well done for a fair price. Far better than going to a Mercedes Authorised Service Centre who charge a fortune.
Far better than other outfits who don't know exactly what they are doing and WILL cost you more in the end (even if they seem cheaper on initial inspection/quote) A lot of mechanics can't diagnose faults properly- they just start replacing parts to see if that cures the problem- you pay for these parts whether your vehicle needed them or not.
I wouldn't go anywhere else !"

He really knows his Mercedes and can save a lot of time and money by quickly identifying and resolving problems.

 "I have gone to North Shore Car clinic for five years now and would not go to anyone else.
This is because they are a gem of a business that cares about both the quality of work and their customers.
They tell me when work isn't required immediately and always carefully identify and test the work that is required so my money is well spent.
A recent experience required tracking down a tricky fault which was handled well, quickly and without the excess parts and cost I'm sure other garages would have applied".

 "I am now stress free after North Shore Car clinic Ltd fixed my car. I was with this Company at Wairau, I was with them for years, and I bought a new engine, gasket and other parts and I spent lots of money.
On 1/10/2013 serviced my car and paid $139.00. I was contacted to come to the office and I told them that I cant coz I work and finish at 5pm.
I went to pick up my car and also to discuss the repairs.
More stress because I went there and I was told to call the boss at night, I called and no answer and then I txt (I saved it).
The only thing I was told quick on my visit was "I have to come up with $3,000 - $5000 to fix the cambelt and other parts" I asked for a list but said I have to call him at night.
I went to NS Car Clinic and they fixed the most urgent part which was not fixed or they don't know how by this Wairau Company.
Good ending: Harindra and his team repaired my car, for $1,200.00 (cam belt, water pump and other 10 parts including labour) I am now stress free and not feeling worry or fear of breaking on the motor way.
Harindra and the team asked my permission before changing the parts, his staff called me after hours to make sure everything was fine.
Most of all, Harindra and his team listened to me while I explained everything, no talking over or interrupted and then gave me advise.
I was surprised when Harindra asked his staff to drop my home when I dropped off my car to repair.
Many thanks to Harindra and the team for the great service and you are friendly too. I will stick with this company.

 "I want to say a big thank you to Harindra and Margaret and The North Shore Car Clinic. I spent nearly $300 at a mechanic in Devonport with the aim of fixing my brakes which failed their brake test.
I took my car back to get its warrant and it failed again, meaning I paid $300 dollars for nothing.
The folks at North Shore Car Clinic took me in and looked after me.
I explained that it would be difficult for me to get the car back to the Devonport mechanic who I now had little faith in anyway and then back to the WOF testing station without getting a ticket in the meantime.
Harindra and Margaret very patiently listened to my story and them Harindra sorted my brakes out and gave me a warrant and just $50 later I was driving away.
I WISH I had gone there in the first place. I am glad to have found a new reliable mechanic. They are like gold!"
